There, you will visit a small family-run factory where you will learn how this traditional delicacy is made using Mediterranean almonds 🌰. You will discover its history, the artisan production process and, of course… enjoy a tasting of different varieties of nougat and marzipan! 😋
Afterwards, the tour continues to Villajoyosa (La Vila Joiosa), a charming coastal town famous for its colourful seafront houses and its long chocolate-making tradition 🌊🏠 You will visit one of the few remaining family-owned chocolate factories, where you will see how cocoa is roasted and transformed into delicious artisan chocolate 🍫 The visit also includes a tasting.
