Your journey begins with a walk among ancient olive trees, almond groves, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean landscape, at 429m above sea level and only 10 km from the coast. 🌳📸 Along the way, you’ll see traditional elements of an old olive press and discover the fascinating world of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). 🌿
We’ll also visit a modern olive mill located in a charming country house from 1918, where you’ll learn how this “liquid gold” is produced, preserved, and bottled. 🫒🏺
The experience includes a guided olive oil tasting with bread, tomato, potatoes, and special salts – so you can savor every nuance. 😋🥖
And to top it off… a delicious Mediterranean picnic on the estate! Enjoy homemade cold cuts, traditional Alicante savory pastries, bread with tomato and estate-produced olive oil, soft drinks, Alicante wines, infusions, and coffee. 🍷🧺☕ Plus, you’ll receive a small gift to take home ❤️
