Learn to cook authentic Spanish cuisine in the heart of Alicante’s historic old town. This hands-on Spanish cooking class is designed for travelers who want more than just tasting the food — they want to understand it and prepare it themselves 🍅
Guided by a professional chef, you will follow each step to create traditional recipes in a friendly and relaxed environment. While cooking, you will enjoy small appetizers and discover the key ingredients of the Mediterranean diet, from extra virgin olive oil to essential spices used in Spanish gastronomy. No previous experience is required; the chef adapts the pace so everyone can participate comfortably.
During the workshop you will prepare a full Spanish menu including a starter, main course, and dessert. At the end, you will sit down with the group to enjoy the dishes you have prepared together, accompanied by drinks. The activity can take place as a lunch or dinner experience depending on the selected schedule.
Located in Alicante’s historic center, the class is also a great cultural activity and a practical way to take home traditional recipes you can easily recreate after your trip 🧀
