What is the Llíber Sausage Fair? 🥩
The Llíber Traditional Sausage and Local Produce Fair is an annual food festival held in the village of Llíber, located in the Vall de Pop valley (Marina Alta – Alicante) 🍖. The fair traditionally takes place on the first Sunday of March and is centered around a historic Valencian rural custom: the artisanal production of cured sausages following the traditional pig slaughter 🐖
