The World Paella Day Stage, held the 20th September, is the lead-up to the grand final. Over five days, the finalist chefs 👨🏻🍳 (each with an assistant) take part in a unique program of activities designed to connect them with the essence and tradition of Valencian paella—including guided tours of the huerta, Albufera, Central Market, and more.
While the Stage is an exclusive experience for the finalists, many of the events are spontaneously open to visitors 🎉

The chefs compete live in a show cooking session that lasts from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at La Marina de València. The public can enjoy paella from 11:00 a.m. There will also be a giant screen to watch each phase of the competition. Official WEB: World Paella Day Cup
